Please take the time to read these terms before commissioning me or buying my art! If not, I’ll have no choice but to blacklist you.

Usage Policy

- Only I and the commissioner, or owner of the character/ design depicted. For example if the commission is a gift, are allowed to use the art.
- The rules below apply to whoever is the current owner of the art/character.

You Can

Post the artwork to a sight that I am not present on with credit linking back to somewhere I am present on like here or somewhere else.
- commission me for ship art
- commission me to draw characters that wear skimpy and revealing clothing
- use the artwork for anything other than commercial use

You Cannot

- Commission me for NSFW art or anything explicitly sexual or lewd.
- Repost my artwork without credit or on sites that I have a presence on, no matter how small that presence may be.
- No making my art into Prints, pins, buttons, keychains, etc or anything for profit. You can do it if it’s just for you but don’t try and sell that stuff.
- Please no tracing or involving my art work in political propaganda or any sort of collage, even if you include credit

Payment

- Currently I only accept payment through PayPal. I DO NOT accept online or digital currency like deviant art points
- I can do payment plans.

Work Process

- A lot of the time I use my sketch layer as my line layer so if you don’t like something it is best to tell me early on.
- Depending on the commission it can take a week- month to complete. You are allowed to ask about the commission at anytime though.

Refund Policy

- Refunds can only be given before the artwork is completed but only for the first 2 weeks since purchase.Don’t hesitate to contact me with any queries or qualms you may have with my TOS and/ or commissions.
